The Seller: The seller is Amber kitchens to whom all payments become due for goods and services supplied. The seller may also be referred to as we or us.

The Buyer: The buyer is you the individual or company from whom an order has been accepted and whp becomes responsible for payment for goods and services supplied. The buyer may also be referred to as you or the customer.

The Contract: The contract is established when the seller accepts and confirms the order.

Payments: Payment is due in full at time of order by either credit or debit card. We also accept .
cheques or cash.

Shipping: We endevour to deliver the goods ourselves in a 50 mile radius, national carriers are used for remainder of main UK destinations. Please call if you require deliveries outside these areas.

Changes to orders: All doors, drawerfronts, panels etc are manufactured specifically to our customers size requirements. None are held in stock. It is imperative that confirmation details are checked and deemed correct. If there are any changes or corrections we require notification within
24 hours.

Guarantee: Our products are guaranteed against failure, due to faulty manufacture or materials for a period of ONE YEAR from date of purchase. In the unlikely event of delivered goods being faulty, please notify us immediately and if possible please send photograph showing defect. We may request that goods are returned for inspection. Once varified a replacement will be delivered as soon as possible .Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibilty for any losses or costs which may arise due to “faulty” or incorrectly supplied products.

Delivery & Carriage Charges: From payment and confirmation of order the following delivery lead times are: For made to measure doors and accessories 14-21 days, Standard size doors and accessories 10-14 days, For worksurfaces 1-3 days, For hinges and storage 7-10 days.
Bella and Zurfix doors and accessories can be delivered anywhere in mainland Great Britain and Republic of Ireland. All other good can only be delivered to mainland Great Britain only. Please note: Worksurface deliveries are limited postcodes only please our delivery Faq for areas
Worksurfaces require assistance with delivery.
Please check your good on delivery- any goods found to be damaged or missing should be notified to driver and ourselves by email. Please do not sign “unchecked”
Deliveries are to ground floor properties only and on condition that reasonable
access for safe delivery of goods.
We will deliver you goods to the address you specify on your order, deliveries are normally between 9.00am and 5.30pm. You must be at the specified address to recieve you order.
